Arjia Rinpoche
Teachers, Kumbum and the blue lake
Arjia Rinpoche locates his birthplace near Tso Ngonpo, the blue lake also known as Kokonor. He recalls a teacher he shared with Taktse Rinpoche and a later return visit to Kumbum. The account connects a landscape of childhood with relationships sustained across years and distance.
