Anzi
Walking to Ganden to learn
Anzi remembers becoming a monk at eighteen and travelling to Ganden near Lhasa. He describes a journey of about two months and ten days, carrying tsampa and asking for food along the way. His account connects the monastery to communities of monks from the same home region.
